YOuth ministry

Youth Ministry is a program for students entering grade 8 thru grade 12.

We meet every Thursday night from 7:00 - 9:00 pm.

All students who participate in the program will be placed in mentorship groups for study and outings.

what to expect

What will a typical Study night look like:

  • 7:00- 7:15 – Arrive, mingle and eat. Why not play a game of pool or foozeball in our games room while eating a variety of delicious snack foods.
  • 7:15-8:00 – Group Game
  • 8:00-9:00 – Video Teaching/Mentorship Group discussion
  • 9::00 – Wrap up

Twice a month, a Mentor Leader will plan an evening of fun, interaction and fellowship for the their Mentorship Group. This is intentional time to connect, build friendships and to 'do life together'

Church Activity Nights are designed for the entire youth group to bond and fellowship together through large group events and games either at the church or in our community.

L.I.T is a Leaders In Training class intended for our grade 11 and 12 youth to dig deeper into the Reformed Faith, Creeds and Confessions, Church History. Profession of Faith and more.  L.I.T will follow the same format with Church Activity Nights and Mentorship Nights.

Mexico Mission 2020

March 14-24

Home Building and Evangelism Outreach

Many of the families living in Mexico earn a very low income and are unable to afford adequate food and housing. Families often live in very small shelters made of cardboard, plastic, palettes and salvaged building materials. When we build a house for a family in Baja we are breaking the poverty cycle, improving the health and education opportunity for the children and giving them more hope and an ability to have dreams for the future. Families understand that it is because of Jesus’s love for them that they are being blessed with a home. Our goal as a team is to build 1 house for 1 family!

What else will you do?

You will also participate in ministry at Rancho de Cristo, Dorothy's Women's Shelter, Dump Ministry, Child Evangelism and a whole lot more. We will also attend a lively Mexican church service (translated into English) enjoy local culture and foods, plus you’ll spend an afternoon at the beach and shop for souvenirs on the way back to the US.

Our day outing in San Diego will be a day of adventure at Sea World, San Diego

Application deposit: $250.00 per person
